TELEDAC INC. guarantees all systems it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and factory workmanship, and agrees to repair any system that fails to perform as specified. The equipment model involved determines the guaranty period starting from invoice date:

This guaranty shall not apply to any system that has been:

  1. repaired, worked on, or altered by persons unauthorized by Teledac Inc. in such a manner as to injure, in Teledac's sole judgement, the performance, stability or reliability of the system;

  2. subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident;

  3. connected, installed, adjusted or used other than in accordance with the instructions furnished by Teledac Inc.

Replacement or repaired materials are covered only under the original guaranty period.

Shortages must be reported within 10 days after receipt of goods.

Product registration must be done as soon as possible after receiving.

Return authorization

Prior authorization must be obtained from our service department before returning equipment to the factory for guaranty work. Please contact us by e-mail to obtain your RMA number and detailed shipping instructions. Teledac supports its product exclusively through our factory program. Transportation and insurance charges are at the customer's expense.

Customer's are advised that there may be charges for the repackaging of goods for shipment if, at Teledac's discretion, the product requires additional protection.
