Thank you for purchasing a Teledac video billboard product. Upon receipt of your Product Registration you will be enrolled in our warranty program at no additional cost. It is important that we have you on record. You will receive news bulletin, updates/upgrades notices when they become available.

Registration is required to access our unlimited telephone support through our toll free line. This service is included for 1 year on all IRISTEXT-4000 or TELLIMAGE products and for 60 days on IRISTEXT-MARK products (optional thereafter). The service is provided from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday EST. With your information on record, our service and support specialist will know your exact product configuration in order to help you quickly. For additional information please send an e-mail

Series Name and Serial Number are on a silver label located on the back panel of IRISTEXT-4000 units, on the top or side access panel of Tellimage (Image+) units or the bottom panel of IRISTEXT-MARK units.

Model, Revision level and Eprom revision numbers can be obtained by reading the system status. On stand-alone Iristext unit with keyboard: press F4, then select S. On unit without keyboard but with I-Reach: click on the RX button in the tool bar, then click on See Iristext Status button.
