Even after your warranty period, it is important to keep your product registration on record and updated. You will receive news bulletin, updates/upgrades or trade-in offers whenever they become available.
Registration is also useful in the event of a problem with your Iristext unit. With your information on record, our service and support specialist will know your exact product configuration. This is required to determine if your unit needs repair. This service is provided from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday EST. Series Name and Serial Number are on a silver label located on the back panel of IRISTEXT-4000 units or the bottom panel of IRISTEXT-MARK units. Model, Revision level and Eprom revision numbers can be obtained by reading the system status. On stand-alone Iristext unit with keyboard: press F4, then select S. On unit without keyboard but with I-Reach: click on the RX button in the tool bar, then click on See Iristext Status button. |
